2026-2027 Class Description & Dress Code

Giggles & Wiggles: Creative movement class for our youngest dancers as they start their dance journey. dancers must be accompanied by parent or caregiver.

Giggles & Wiggle Dress Code: Dance attire or Comfortable Clothing.

Pre School Tap & Ballet Dress Code:
Black Leotard
Pink or Carmel Convertible Tights
Pink Canvas or Leather Ballet Shoes
Skintone Tap Shoes

Combo Dress Code:
Black leotard, Camisole, or Sports Bra
Black leggings or Dance shorts
Black or Tan jazz booties
Black Tap Shoes
Skin tone Pirouettes ( Ballet shoes are fine for Combo I & II)


Pom, Acro, Cheer, & Tumble (PACT) Dress Code:
Black leotard, Camisole, or Sports Bra
Black leggings or Dance shorts
Sneakers
Pom Poms – orders will be placed through the studio

Hip Hop Dress Code:
Jazz or Hip Hop Pants
Girls: Leotard, Sports Bra or Tank
Boys: Tank or Tshirt
Sneakers

Turns, Tricks, & Jumps – Instructor will work on a variety of turns, jumps, and leaps from all dance disciplines. Class structure drills balance and spotting to help each dancer understand their core, body placement, and spotting correctly to enhance their skills and technique.

TTJ Dress Code:
Black leotard, Camisole, or Sports Bra
Black leggings or Dance shorts
Black or Tan Jazz Booties

Acro & Tumbling – The fusion of dance technique, athleticism, agility, and strength through acrobatic skills that are seamlessly incorporated into dance choreography. This class teaches flexibility, balance, strength, muscle control, discipline, and concentration. Students will learn various skills depending on their level including, but not limited to handstands, headstands, elbow stands, chin stands, cartwheels, backbends, walkovers, aerials, balances, and contortion.

Acro & Tumbling Dress Code:
Leotards, Camisole, or Sports Bra
Leggings or Bootie Shorts
Bare Feet

ETC:
*Students are encouraged to keep all shoes, hair accessories, cover ups, etc in a dance bag or back pack and bring to each class.

*Hair MUST be pulled neatly out of the face and secured off the neck for EVERY class regardless of level or age. Low ponytails are fine for all classes EXCEPT buns are REQUIRED for Ballet I, II, III, IV, Pointe and PBT classes.

*Cover ups and street shoes are required to enter and exit the studio.

*Skin tone Pirouettes are fine for Combo III-Advanced level classes.

*For the Production in June, dancers may be asked to acquire an additonal style or color from what is listed above to complement their costume.
